I solve problems for busy people—like you.
Since 1996, I’ve helped over 500,000 people and businesses make BIG changes in their work and lives by reconnecting with what really matters so they can slow down and still improve their productivity and impact.
Yes, you can work less and accomplish more.
Coaching may or may not be right for you—that's why we offer a free 1-1 strategy session to answer your questions.
This strategy call is the opposite of a sales call—you’ll leave it with greater clarity than when you started it. It’s an informal chat to get to know each other and that’s its only goal.
Personal. Business. And a seat on the team.
Andrew (and his team) have extensive experience in both Personal and Business Coaching. We're also looking for a few select leaders to join the AMI team.

Coaching Certification Program
Imagine having your own personal AND objective sounding board and strategic partner? You'll work together to solve roadblocks, bottlenecks and other inefficiencies wherever they occur so you can lead your team or organization with greater focus and impact—with less struggle and stress.
It's costing you twice what you think.
Half the cost is the part you already see. The other half is the part you don't—and it's almost always the more expensive of the two.
Lost Time
Hours every week looking for things, redoing things, rescheduling things. It compounds—quietly, for years.
Missed Opportunities
The meaningful work—the projects, the trips, the people—gets quietly demoted to "someday" while you keep the noise at bay.
Money Leaking Out
Duplicate purchases, late fees, storage units, things you forgot you own. People pay to manage chaos badly because no one built a system that actually holds.
The slow, quiet erosion of the way people count on you—and how you see yourself.
With staff and colleagues, disorganization shows up as their wasted time and your wasted money—meetings revisited, decisions reopened, the same ground covered multiple times.
With family and friends, it shows up softer and costs more. Late again. Rescheduling again. The dinner you meant to plan, the call you meant to return, the trip you keep meaning to book.
"The goal was never a tidy office. The goal is a life where nothing important slips—where you stop reading the same page of your life, and start running your days instead of chasing them."

Wondering if we've worked with someone like you?
They have one thing in common: they've realized that they are responsible for everything that happens in their lives. They've stopped blaming their circumstances, environments, and other people and are ready to be in the driver's seat of their own lives.
If that seems exhilarating and maybe a little overwhelming, let's start with a simple phone call.
Order from chaos—and it holds.
"My partner and I were stuck and the ONLY thing we could agree on was hiring Andrew. His design and organizational talents, along with his sharp skills in diplomacy, got us back on track fast. The result is visually stunning AND my partner and I are still together. We can't thank him enough!"
"I was entirely skeptical that Andrew could change my ways. I love his central concepts of “One Home For Everything” and “Like with Like,” and I've used both constantly since working with him. Andrew's organizational strategies and concepts really work!"
"Our front parlor is finally a functional and productive part of the house for the first time in 10 years! We did it with detachment and, more important, some humor—and now I can actually find and use my stuff again."
"Andrew is efficient, no-nonsense, practical and persistent. He delivers order from chaos and he does it fast. I'm still not used to all the clean surfaces and orderly files and figuring out what to do with all the time and energy he's saved me!"
"I hired Andrew to spend one day with my staff—and quickly expanded that to three! Afterwards, staff members shared that working with Andrew was one of the most valuable experiences they've had with our organization."
Everything you're wondering, answered.
Still have a question? Bring it to the free strategy call.
The coaching process is designed to shed light on your blind spots, provide new perspectives, clarify your core values, and deliver actionable steps to get you from where you are to where you want to be.
You should typically leave each session feeling lighter, more focused, and confident—with new tools and a roadmap of your next steps forward.
You’ll typically speak with Andrew or a member of the team once per week for about 50 minutes and there will be recommended “homework” consisting of exercises and other resources to help with specific areas where you are stuck.
There is also email support available between sessions.
The average engagement lasts between 2 and 3 months (8-12 sessions). In that time, you can shift your mindset and get unstuck AND you’ll have enough experience with your new clarity, confidence and tools to move forward without slipping back into old behavior.
Some clients like the accountability so much that they find other areas to work on, while others circle back when something new crops up.
Ultimately, YOU decide when the coaching engagement ends, not Andrew.
The modern coaching process is “non-linear” and dynamic. Your coach meets you where you are which is never the same place twice.
What is structured is that every session ends with some piece of homework and a self-determined assignment that you’ll be held accountable to complete before your next session.
We offer packages that range in price from $275 to approximately $3,000 per month. For a bit of perspective, corporate clients often invest $9,500 and up for a 2-hour training so individual coaching is some of the least expensive ways to work directly with Andrew and his team.
Given how labor intensive 1-1 work is with individual clients, it’s in our interest to get you on your path ASAP.
Both practically and ethically, we are committed to supplying you with the tools and resources you need to be fully independent quickly.
A dependent client is unsustainable and a drain on the entire organization so here, coaching will never become a long-term crutch.
Andrew and the team work with clients all over the world and we have done so for over 10 years.
Our team makes it easy and friendly to find a time that works, and all sessions are held using Zoom or Skype and recorded for your reference. While Andrew can speak some Spanish and French, all sessions are conducted in English. Closed Captioning and ASL interpretation are available upon request.
And if you’re ever away from the Internet, you can always call in for a session using a telephone.
We accept wire transfers, PayPal and all major credit cards and someone on our team can process payment for you whenever you decide to proceed.
If your coach does their part and you do your part, it is unlikely that you won’t see progress. If for some reason things are not working well, you can cancel your remaining sessions and receive a prorated refund for unused sessions.
Before your first session, you’ll complete the onboarding assessment and questionnaire.
Then, for each session make sure you’re in a quiet, private place with no distractions or interruptions. Alert colleagues, family and anyone else that needs to know that, for the next hour, you will be unavailable. Be sure to silence your mobile phone and place it on “Do Not Disturb.”
In coaching, you set the pace and the agenda. For continuity and accountability, it’s preferred that you stick to a weekly, or bi-weekly schedule—however, you will decide when the next session will happen.
Of course you can AND if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, for any reason other than a true medical emergency, there may be a cancellation fee. Simply email the team to alert them of the change and they’ll help you reschedule for a more convenient time.
You’ll meet over Zoom or Skype with someone on the team to discuss where you’re feeling stuck and what you’d like to accomplish. We’ll explain how Andrew works, his methods and his results and together you’ll explore whether this sounds like a good fit for you and for Andrew or another coach.
There is never any pressure to buy anything—it’s either a good fit or it's not. Either way, you’ll leave with greater clarity on what’s standing in your way and some possible solutions for breaking through those obstacles.
Besides avoiding any wasted time commuting, working virtually is as effective and sometimes even better than working face-to-face in the same room.
You can always request to turn your camera off when feeling particularly vulnerable, but/and all our coaches are extremely supportive AND non-judgmental. You’ll quickly see that connecting over video helps you experience that support AND get to the heart of the issue faster and with less discomfort.
