Hi, I’m Andrew.

I solve problems for busy people—like you.

Over the past 24+ years, I’ve helped over 150,000 businesses and individuals make BIG changes in their work and lives by reconnecting with what really matters so they can slow down and still improve their productivity and impact. Yes, you can work less and accomplish more.

Coaching may or may not be right for you, which is why we offer a free 1-1 strategy session to answer any questions you may have and to see whether we’re a good fit for working together.

This strategy call is the opposite of a sales call—you’ll leave it with greater clarity than when you started it. It’s an informal chat to get to know each other and that’s it’s only goal. So grab a coffee, hop on Zoom and let’s talk.

Andrew (and his team) have extensive experience in both Personal and Business Coaching. We’re also looking for a few select leaders to join the AMI team—see below.

Business Coaching

An objective, professional sounding board and strategic partner to solve roadblocks, bottlenecks and other inefficiencies wherever they occur. You can lead your organization with greater focus and impact and with less struggle and stress.

Personal Coaching

We lead with our hearts, then our brains.Yes, this is a business but people and kindness come first.

Coaching Certification Program

Are you committed to your own growth and fostering that same commitment in others? If you are passionate about coaching others to achieve excellence and resonate with our motto of “More Love, Less Stuff,” we may be looking for you.

Andrew works with field-tested principles that have delivered quantifiable results—using techniques, methodologies and perspectives that are backed up by scientific research published in leading journals.

There are many paths to the top of the mountain, so Andrew will support you in pursuing whatever New-Agey, Woo-Woo methods you want on your own time—just know that your work together is based on math, science and tangible results.

Modern evidenced-based coaching is for individuals who are already healthy and functional and are asking themselves, “What now?” rather than looking backwards asking, “Why?”

You’ll discover how long-held beliefs, stories and attitudes have perpetuated unhelpful behaviors that have likely kept you stuck for years.

Undoing serious blocks that are holding you back does not require heavy lifting—just an open heart and mind. You’ll be surprised at how fun it can be to get serious work done.

If you’re wondering if Andrew has ever worked with someone like you, you should know that his clients include:

  • CEO’s, and Executive Directors
  • Business Professionals
  • MD’s, Psychologists, Attorneys, and Social Workers
  • Entrepreneurs, Inventors, and Small Businesses Owners
  • Award-winning Filmmakers, Authors, and Artists
  • HNW Individuals
  • Executive Leadership Teams

They all have one thing in common: they have realized that they are responsible for everything that happens in their lives.

They’ve stopped blaming their circumstances, environments, and other people and are ready to be in the driver’s seat of their own lives.

If that seems exhilarating and also overwhelming, let’s start with a simple phone call.

Frequently Asked Questions

The coaching process is designed to shed light on your blind spots, provide new perspectives, clarify your core values, and deliver actionable steps to get you from where you are to where you want to be.
You should typically leave each session feeling lighter, more focused, and confident—with new tools and a roadmap of your next steps forward.

You’ll typically speak with Andrew once per week for about 50 minutes and there will be recommended “homework” consisting of exercises and other resources to help with specific areas where you are stuck.
There is also email support available between sessions.

The average engagement lasts between 2 and 3 months (8-12 sessions). In that time, you can shift your mindset and get you unstuck AND you’ll have enough experience with your new clarity, confidence and tools to move forward without slipping back into old behavior.
Some clients like the accountability so much that they find other areas to work on, while others circle back when something new crops up.

Ultimately, YOU decide when the coaching engagement ends, not Andrew.

The modern coaching process is “non-linear” and dynamic. Andrew meets you where you are which is never the same place twice. What is structured is that every session ends with some piece of homework and a self-determined assignment that you’ll be held accountable to complete before your next session.

We offer packages that range in price from $275 to approximately $3,000 per month. For a bit of perspective, corporate clients often pay fees of $9,500 and up for a 2-hour training so individual coaching is some of the least expensive ways to work directly with Andrew. Given how labor intensive 1-1 work is with individual clients, it’s in Andrew’s interest to get you on your path ASAP. Both practically and ethically, he is committed to supplying you with the tools and resources you need to be fully independent quickly. A dependent client is unsustainable and a drain on the entire organization so here, coaching will never become a long-term crutch.

Andrew works with clients all over the world and has done so for over 10 years.
Our team makes it easy and friendly to find a time that works, and all sessions are held using Zoom or Skype and recorded for your reference. While Andrew can speak some Spanish and French, all sessions are conducted in English. Closed Captioning and ASL interpretation are available upon request.
And if you’re ever away from the Internet, you can always call in for a session using a telephone.

We accept wire transfers, PayPal and all major credit cards and someone on our team can process payment for you whenever you decide to proceed.

If Andrew does his part and you do your part, it is unlikely that you won’t see progress. If for some reason things are not working well, you can cancel your remaining sessions and receive a prorated refund for unused sessions.

Before your first session, you’ll complete the onboarding assessment and questonnaire. Then, for each session make sure you’re in a quiet, private place with no distractions or interruptions. Alert colleagues, family and anyone else that needs to know that, for the next hour, you will be unavailable. Be sure to silence your mobile phone and place it on “Do Not Disturb.”

In coaching, you set the pace and the agenda. For continuity and accountability, it’s preferred that you stick to a weekly, or bi-weekly schedule—however, you will decide when the next session will happen.

Of course you can AND if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, for any reason other than a true medical emergency, there may be a cancellation fee. Simply email the team to alert them of the change and they’ll help you reschedule for a more convenient time.

You’ll meet over Zoom or Skype with someone on the team to discuss where you’re feeling stuck and what you’d like to accomplish. We’ll explain how Andrew works, his methods and his results and together you’ll explore whether this sounds like a good fit for you and for Andrew. There is never any pressure to buy anything—it’s either a good fit or its not. Either way, you’ll leave with greater clarity on what’s standing in your way and some possible solutions for breaking though those obstacles.

Besides avoiding any wasted time commuting, working virtually is as effective and sometimes even better than working face-to-face in the same room. You can always request to turn your camera off when feeling particularly vulnerable, but/and Andrew is extremely supportive AND non-judgmental. You’ll quickly see that connecting over video helps you experience that support AND get to the heart of the issue faster and with less discomfort.

How to Promote Work-Life Balance During a Pandemic

I was recently asked by the Human Resources organization SHRM about how employers can double down on promoting work-life balance for their people, especially now.  The global pandemic isn’t over, and lots of workers are almost a year into a “temporary” work-from-home arrangement. It’s no wonder that stress and anxiety are still high. And yet,

This Morning Routine Could Change Your Life

Mornings are my favorite time of day … and that wasn’t always the case.  When I worked in the theater, I often didn’t get to bed before 2 or 3am and would typically sleep until 10 or 11am. Now, I’m up at 6 or 6:30 and I’m digging it. Things feel so much manageable when
